25 years in English institutes·Enrollment·Billing·Scheduling
I handle everything that is not the class itself. For twenty-five years I've administered English institutes: enrollment, inquiries, communication with families, and the support that keeps students and teachers working.
I trained as an architect, urban planner, and real estate technician, and I bring that comprehensive eye for organization and planning to Signal. I'm a co-op member like everyone here: I co-own the studio and vote at the assembly like any teacher.
I'm the studio's administrator and a full co-op member, with the same vote at the assembly as any teacher.

Pay by the semester or by the month, in your local currency. Invoices, payment dates, and plan changes all go through me.
Group timetables, reschedules, the semester calendar, and communication with students and families, the way I've run it in English institutes for twenty-five years.
Courses run March to June and July to November: two live classes a week on weekday evenings, or one three-hour class on Saturday mornings. You can pay by the semester or by the month.
Classes are scheduled in your timezone, with evening and Saturday-morning slots across Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil.
Thirty minutes online with the studio. We assess your level out loud against the CEFR scale (A1 to C2), talk about what you're learning English for, and match you with the right teacher. Andrea is usually the first person you'll hear from after you book.
