Because the teachers co-own the studio, they stay. Most groups are taught in rotation by the same two teachers throughout the year; some by one. The people teaching you in March are the people teaching you in November.
Office hours, not unlimited. Send a voice note with a sentence you're stuck on; your teacher replies during their office hours.
Every group class is recorded. Missed one, want to rewatch a grammar moment, going on holiday: the library is there.
Two semesters a year, March to June and July to November, with formal assessments along the way. You'll know your level (A1 through C2), what comes next, and where you are on the path, in writing, by email.
Thirty minutes online with the studio. We assess your level out loud against the CEFR scale and talk through your goals.
With the right class, level, and schedule for you. The studio picks your teachers; you don't have to choose from a marketplace.
